How long does it take to receive my order? 

Your order is placed and then processed within 5 business days. After those 5 days, you will then receive a tracking number from us that will give you the approximate time frame in which you will receive your package. Please note that with COVID-19, it might take longer than usual. As well as depending where you are from, shipping times will vary. 

Is the shipping fee a fixed fee?

Yes. Our shipping fees are fixed fees. Shipping is $9.95 for Canada and $13.95 for the US.

What size should I get? 

On each individual product page there is a sizing chart. It will tell you what size you should be getting based on the measurements listed.

Do you take refunds if I got the wrong size?

Unfortunately, refunds and returns will not be given if you had gotten the wrong size. There are sizing charts on each product page to ensure correct sizing is chosen.
